Returns Section

Welcome to the Kiddicare.ie returns section.

If you receive your order and it is not what you are expecting, it isn't a problem - you can return it back to us within 365 days of receiving the goods for a full refund. Returning the unwanted item(s) is at your own cost. If you have ordered a large item, we are pleased to be able to offer a £5 discount* if you use Interlink/DPD to return the goods. Not only will you receive a discount, Interlink/DPD also provide full tracking for your order so you have peace of mind that it reached us.

Once you receive your RMA (returns) number, you will have 28 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund.

To request an RMA number, please enter your billing email address and order number for the item(s) you would like to return and click 'look up'. Then select the item(s) from your order which you would like to return and follow the instructions on screen. You will be presented with the exclusive Interlink discount once you have requested your RMA (returns number).
