Welcome to the Kiddicare.com returns section.
Orders can only be returned within 7 days starting from the day after delivery. Items are returned at your own expense and must arrive in perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued.
Please enter your postcode and order number for the item you would like to return and click look up. Then please select the item from your order which you would like to return and follow the instructions on screen. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This facility is available for unused goods only. If you return goods back to our distribution centre in used condition we cannot process them and clearly no refund will be provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For returns on orders placed through the PayPal Express Checkout route, please use the following post code in the billing post code field PAY PA1 thankyou.
