Nearly all of our products are shipped direct from stock. However, sometimes we will put a product online for purchase that we haven't yet received delivery of - this is known as a pre-order.
We only put pre-orders on products that we have a confirmed delivery date from the supplier. This is clearly displayed on the product detail page through an alternative 'pre-order' button and a small piece of information that you have to agree to before you can add it to your basket. We do display the expected shipping date – this is also the date that we are due to receive the stock as we send all pre-orders out on the same day as receipt. You should expect to receive your item(s) on the next working day for UK mainland, otherwise please allow up to 4 working days.
If you place an order for a pre-order product, payment will be taken when the order is placed and then the item(s) will be dispatched on the date they arrive into our warehouse.
Unfortunately, sometimes delivery dates to our warehouse do change due to circumstances beyond our control. Please keep a check on the shipping date for any updates.
