    Nearly all of our products are shipped direct from stock. However, sometimes we will put a product online for purchase that we haven't yet received delivery of - this is known as a pre-order.


    We only put pre-orders on products that we have a confirmed delivery date from the supplier. This is clearly displayed on the product detail page through an alternative 'pre-order' button and a small piece of information that you have to agree to before you can add it to your basket. We do display the expected shipping date – this is also the date that we are due to receive the stock as we send all pre-orders out on the same day as receipt.
