How do I claim?

It's as easy as A, B, C

1. Email pricematch@kiddicare.com with a link to the website offering the identical model at the lower price (make sure it’s in stock!). If you spotted the product in a shop, please provide us with the store name, location and phone number along with the product details and price. Do make sure the shop or website is a recognised business and not a private seller.
2. Check the delivery charges are like for like.
3. If you've already bought the item we'll need to see your original receipt (either pop in-store or send to Kiddicare.com Ltd, Club Way, Cygnet Park, Hampton, Peterborough PE7 8JA).

Our customer services team will deal with your claim quickly and helpfully.

Here's an example of how it works

Example 1

• Say our price is £100 and you find the identical product for sale at £90 (unlikely we know!) we’ll match the price and give you an extra £2.50 off so you pay £87.50.

Example 2

• Kiddicare.com price for example, the 1st product on your list is £10.00 the 2nd item you wish you buy is £15.00 and the 3rd product is £50.00 therefore the total for all 3 items purchased from Kiddicare is £75.00 delivered to you.
• You find the same 3 products available cheaper from 3 different web sites, the first site offers the 1st product at £8.00, however there is a £5.00 delivery charge, the second web site offers the 2nd product at £13.00, however there is a delivery charge of £2.95 and the third web site offers the 3rd product at £45.00 with free delivery, to calculate multiple web sites we will include all relevant delivery charges applicable of each site therefore in this case the total cost to buy all 3 products from 3 different suppliers would cost you a total of £73.95 delivered to you, therefore the same 3 items from Kiddicare are £1.05 more expensive, in this case you would qualify for the price match of £1.05 being the difference.

A few simple terms and conditions apply

1. Price match applies to all branded, current stocked items.
2. Price match is for personal use only (no trade sales or re-sales please).
3. Private sellers and auction sites do not qualify for price match.
4. Price match will not apply if the product is used or damaged.
5. Kiddicare will, at its discretion, price match its own goods during sale period however the 25% price differential will not be applicable.
6. Competitors must be authorised stockists and UK registered websites or stores selling products in £ sterling for distribution within the UK.
7. We also reserve the right to where necessary limit the price match offer to one item per customer. The price match policy will be limited to one item per customer, where we believe that products aren’t being purchased for personal use.
8. Products sold by Morrisons and during their Baby Events are excluded from price match as are promotional offers, deals of the day/week or exclusive offers run by Morrisons, Kiddicare or other third parties.
9. Please note, items within our consumables range such as amongst other things Nappies, Food, Powdered Formulas, Medicine, etc., are excluded from our price match promise. They are however, covered by a low price guarantee which means that we will make every effort to ensure our prices are competitive within the market place.
10. Price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or voucher code – either our price match or individual promotion, discount or voucher code will apply based on whichever discount is greatest.
