Natural pine cot with 3 mattress levels, includes teething rails to protect babies delicate gums, comes complete with fully breathable foam mattress and quilt and bumper set that will fit most cots and cot beds

Without a doubt the best customer service and fastest delivery I've ever received from an online retailer. We got an email AND a text message on the day it was out for delivery which gave us an hour long window in which it would be delivered, no waiting around all day not knowing when it would arrive. I was most impressed with delivery received text messages and emails promtly. The order was delivered in the 1 hour time slot given. Although I did not need to, it seemed easy to change the delivery time. Would definitely recommend Kiddicare

Great delivery. Got a text saying they'd be delivered between 12.32 and 13.32 and they were. The man actually took them directly to the hospital ward too which couldn't have been easy due to their size and distance from the car park. Thank you very much Kiddicare

The delivery on this item was amazing. I ordered it and was informed it would be delivered the next day. I got a text mid morning advising me that the item would be delivered between 1548 and 1648 that day, this meant I didn't have to stay at home all day waiting. I was astonished when my delivery arrived at 1645. You can't get better service than that.
