I ordered this product from another online firm and got messed around with promises that it would be coming. Finally, I rang them up and they said the maker Hauck had let them down. I was so frustrated and chanced using kiddicare and was so impressed with the speed of delivery Excellent service The delivery was fantastic as they gave a 1hr slot so I wasn't hanging around all day. The product was delivered within 2 days. I was most impressed with the up to date text received stating when delivery would arrive and also gave the opportunity to change the date of delivery. I cannot believe how fantastic the service from Kiddicare was. Email correspondence was very detailed and delivery was prompt. I especially liked the delivery email which provided a specific time slot of an hour in which my delivery would take place. Will absolutely recommend Kiddicare to friends.

Delivery was prompt and kiddicare sent an email advising of time of delivery - unfortunately they did not advise that they would do this and the email came through the day of delivery so I missed both - having said that now that I am aware that they do this I can check for future deliveries - otherwise I have absolutely no complaints about service and would use Kiddicare again
