Out of Stock Explained

Due to the high level of orders sometimes items will go out of stock. When this happens we automatically remove the buy button so you cannot order out of stock items from kiddicare.com. There-after this item will only become available on pre-order if our supplier has more stock and the item has a confirmed delivery slot booked into our warehousing facilities.

This means that you can shop with confidence in the knowledge that if the site says it is in stock it is in our warehouse ready to be dispatched to you.

Stock Level Explained

Items on kiddicare.com only have a stock level and buy button when we have them in our warehouse ready to dispatch.

Stock level is live and will reduce everytime an item is purchsased. This means that you can buy, confident in the knowledge that if we say that there are three online there are three in our warehouse waiting to be posted to you.

Pre-Order Explained

A pre-order is a product that we have a confirmed delivery date for but have not yet received in. If you buy a pre-order you will have reserved the items. Payment will be taken when the order is placed and the goods will be dispatched to you as soon as they arrive in to our warehouse.

We only put Items on as pre order when the Manufacture confirms a delivery date, unfortunately sometimes dates do change due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your goods a few days after the pre-order delivery date stated, please check the product again online to make sure the date has not changed.

Direct Delivery Explained

Direct Delivery and Made to Order items are products that we do not keep in stock and are delivered from the manufacturers.

Choose from a wide variety of designs and models, you can mix and match until you find the perfect set for you.

Place your order in the exact same way, once we receive your order we will forward this automatically to our suppliers who in return will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable date and time for your items to be delivered to you at home.

I found the whole kiddecare experience FANTASIC From ordering my buggy which was on a VERY good deal to delivery it was all so easy and smooth. I recieved emails and texts daily to let me know how my order was processing. The parcel was delivered on the day and time specified and was in good condition. I left instructions to leave the parcel with a neighbour which was done.
