This car seat is made from sophisticated microfibres which are incredibly soft and convey similarities to velour. The stain resistant covers are breathable and are designed to stay soft for their entire lifetime.

The integrated Isofix arms can be fixed to the location points of the vehicle, for optimum safety in the event of a collision.

The service from kiddicare is my main reason to review. It was excellent. The price for these was very competitive which is a main factor when buying two of everything I qualified for free delivery which was an amazing service. I bought them on Monday morning, Monday evening I had an email to say they would be delivered on Tuesday unless that was inconvenient. I was out Tuesday so requested Thursday through the email. On Thursday morning I had an email saying that delivery would be between 12.26 and 13.26 which it was so I didn't have to wait in all day The seats should have a travel bag which didn't come with either of them so I called customer service, I spoke to a polite operator quickly who checked on this and arranged for these bags to be sent out separately. I was so happy with their service and will definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I ordered the item on Sunday afternoon and received an immediate confirmation by e mail. On Monday morning there was an e mail stating the item would be delivered between 1203 and 303 that day. Out of Stock Explained

Due to the high level of orders sometimes items will go out of stock. When this happens we automatically remove the buy button so you cannot order out of stock items from kiddicare.com. There-after this item will only become available on pre-order if our supplier has more stock and the item has a confirmed delivery slot booked into our warehousing facilities.

This means that you can shop with confidence in the knowledge that if the site says it is in stock it is in our warehouse ready to be dispatched to you.

Stock Level Explained

Items on Kiddicare.com only have a stock level and a buy button when we have the goods physically in our warehouse ready to dispatch.

Stock level is live and will reduce every time an item is purchased. This means that you can buy, confident in the knowledge that if we say that there are three online there are three in our warehouse waiting to be posted to you.

Pre-Order Explained

A pre-order is a product that we have a confirmed delivery date for but have not yet received in. If you buy a pre-order you will have reserved the items. Payment will be taken when the order is placed and the goods will be dispatched to you as soon as they arrive in to our warehouse.

We only put Items on as pre order when the Manufacture confirms a delivery date, unfortunately sometimes dates do change due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your goods a few days after the pre-order delivery date stated, please check the product again online to make sure the date has not changed.

How do I claim?

It's as easy as A, B, C

Email pricematch@kiddicare.com with a link to the website offering the identical model at the lower price (make sure it’s in stock!). If you spotted the product in a shop, please provide us with the store name, location and phone number along with the product details and price. Do make sure the shop or website is a recognised business and not a private seller.
Check the delivery charges are like for like.
If you've already bought the item we'll need to see your original receipt (either pop in-store or send to Kiddicare.com Ltd, Club Way, Cygnet Park, Hampton, Peterborough PE7 8JA).

Our customer services team will deal with your claim quickly and helpfully.

Here's an example of how it works

Example 1

Say our price is £100 and you find the identical product for sale at £90 (unlikely we know!) we’ll match the price and give you an extra £2.50 off so you pay £87.50.

Example 2

Kiddicare.com price for example, the 1st product on your list is £10.00 the 2nd item you wish you buy is £15.00 and the 3rd product is £50.00 therefore the total for all 3 items purchased from Kiddicare is £75.00 delivered to you.
You find the same 3 products available cheaper from 3 different web sites, the first site offers the 1st product at £8.00, however there is a £5.00 delivery charge, the second web site offers the 2nd product at £13.00, however there is a delivery charge of £2.95 and the third web site offers the 3rd product at £45.00 with free delivery, to calculate multiple web sites we will include all relevant delivery charges applicable of each site therefore in this case the total cost to buy all 3 products from 3 different suppliers would cost you a total of £73.95 delivered to you, therefore the same 3 items from Kiddicare are £1.05 more expensive, in this case you would qualify for the price match of £1.05 being the difference.
