the delivery was on time. I placed my order on friday eve , the received an e-mail to confirm on the saturday , then two text's to my mobi le to confirm the delivey day and time. I honestly can say that this is the best service I have ever had on the net. Ordered 2pm Thurs, got a text at 6.30 the same day to say it will be coming tomorrow and then at 9am I got a text to say it will be delievered between 1.50 and 2.50. Driver arrived bang on 1.50 and the boxes didnt even look like they had been in transit.

Pre-Order Delivery

Nearly all of our products are shipped direct from stock. However, sometimes we will put a product online for purchase that we haven't yet received delivery of - this is known as a pre-order.


We only put pre-orders on products that we have a confirmed delivery date from the supplier. This is clearly displayed on the product detail page through an alternative 'pre-order' button and a small piece of information that you have to agree to before you can add it to your basket. We do display the expected shipping date – this is also the date that we are due to receive the stock as we send all pre-orders out on the same day as receipt.
