2008/12/04 - Baywatch babe gives birth to first daughter

American actress Gina Lee Nolin has welcomed a baby girl with second husband, hockey player Cale Hulse, it has been announced. The 37-year-old former Baywatch star gave birth to daughter Stella Monroe Hulse by caesarean section in Arizona on Wednesday, weighing a healthy seven pounds and three ounces.

Confirming the birth, a representative for the couple said: "Mom and baby are both healthy and doing very well. The whole family is very excited to welcome baby Stella home."

The new arrival is the couple's second child together and joins two-year-old son Hudson. Gina and Cale are also parents to 11-year-old Spencer and a daughter Caia from previous relationships.

Gina, who played Neely Capshaw in hit American series Baywatch for three years, married the 35-year-old NHL star in September 2004 after a whirlwind romance.

Previously commenting on her pregnancy, the actress told Life & Style: "I love my boys. They're awesome. But having a little girl is going to be amazing!"
