Halle Berry regained shape with personal trainer


New mothers who want to regain their pre-pregnancy figure could follow Halle Berry's workout tips.

Following the birth of her first child in March, Berry has been spotted looking glamorous and fit just months later.

According to People magazine, the 41-year-old has been dieting on fresh vegetables, complex carbohydrates and lean proteins.

She has also been drinking vast amounts of water and working out with personal trainer Ramona Braganza.

"Their sessions include three cardio segments - on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb - then they also do a strength-training routine that includes abdominal work and leg exercises," the magazine claimed.

Berry and her boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, a model, celebrated the birth of their daughter Nahla Ariela on March 16th.

It was reported that the Academy Award winning actress took 35 home pregnancy tests before finally believing the results.

She told In Style magazine while she was pregnant that she may only get to give birth once and therefore wants the "biggest bang" possible.
