Model mum says no to 'size zero ideal'

Czech supermodel Karolina Kurkova believes mums shouldn't take dieting and losing weight too seriously.

In a recent interview with Hello!, the 25-year-old beauty revealed that she is in no rush to shed her baby weight after giving birth to her first baby, son Tobin Jack in July.

She told the magazine: "If you are a mum, you shouldn't be a size zero. You have to go with the body you have. I want to set a good example to women that it's important to look good and look after yourself, but in a fun and healthy way.

"The most important thing is I am healthy. I'd like to get into the best shape I can, but I'm going to do it without a huge black cloud over me."

Karolina added that she also has no plans to return to work anytime soon, taking time out to bond and care for her baby boy as a priority.

Tobin is the Victoria's Secret model's only child with her fiance Archie Drury.
