How much is delivery?

Free delivery is available on all UK mainland order over £29.99 per order.

For ALL UK Islands delivery is £19.99 per order.

Northern Ireland orders are £7.88 per parcel.

What is the price match policy?

We strive to provide the best vaule for money on all our products and are never knowingly undersold. However, if you do find a product cheaper elsewhere, we are proud to have our Price Match Guarantee. Better yet, we will give you 7 days from purchase to claim a price match.

Simply email us at with your order number, product name and the offered price and we’ll endeavour to respond within 24-hours.

When will my order be delivered?

We offer next working day delivery for all England, Wales and Scottish Lowland areas on orders placed before 8pm (3pm Sunday) i.e. Order Monday before 8pm and your order will be delivered Tuesday.

All UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands are a 2 day delivery area if your order is placed before 8pm (3pm Sundays) i.e. Order Monday before 8pm and your order will be delivered Wednesday.

How do I return an item?

If you received an order that is not what you expected, please visit the returns section at the top of our full website to take advantage of our 365 Returns Policy (Terms and Conditions apply) If you have received an order that is damaged or your item has become faulty, please contact

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

Unfortunately, you are unable to specify a date as, all items are dispatched for next day delivery. However, you can delay your order and specify an alternative day up to 3 days in advance by contacting our courier directly. For more information see Am I able to rearrange my delivery?

Do I have to pay to return of damaged / faulty items?

We don’t expect you to pay for any items that have been damaged before receipt.

If you have received an order that is damaged or if your product develops an issue please contact and our Customer Care Team will be more than happy to help.

Can I rearrange my delivery?

You will receive an Text Message and email advising you of your hourly delivery slot* on the morning of your delivery. This will give you the opportunity to postpone your delivery day to for one, two or three days later.

*England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands Only. All other areas will be advised of delivery.

Do you offer guarantees or warranties? offers all customers a one year warranty from your childs date of birth (or date of purchase if little one is already born).
