What are the delivery options available and charges?

Express Delivery

Kiddicare express delivery is simple; spend over £29.99 and receive FREE delivery to mainland UK (excluding areas in red). If your order is under £29.99, then a £3.95 delivery charge will be added at checkout to cover the shipping of your goods.







Delivery to the areas in red have a delivery charge of £19.99 regardless of order value. Please allow 6 working days for goods to be delivered to these delivery regions.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Jersey or Guernsey.

Saturday Delivery

Kiddicare now offer Saturday delivery. This is a flat fee of £12.99. This is so we can offer you the best prices for shipping as the cost is set directly from our courier. We can only offer Saturday delivery to mainland UK as not all depots deliver on a Saturday.

Orders recieved for Saturday delivery will arrive with you by 2pm.

Orders recieved for Saturday delivery from the Scottish region wil arive with you by 2pm;

Please note, if you order on Friday after 12 noon and select this option your goods will be delivered Saturday Week (8 days).

Direct delivery products

These products are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Kiddicare does not ship these products and hence cannot offer Saturday delivery on them. Please do not select the Saturday delivery option for these products.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the mainland UK and the following off-shore areas:

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly

If you spend over £29.99 your delivery is free (£3.95 charged for under) but if you live in any off-shore area's a blanket charge of 19.99 is charged.




Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Kiddicare.com only ships to the Mainland UK and our courier (shipping company) classes the following as off-shore Islands which we also deliver too:

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly






What happens if I have not been available to receive delivery or have received a calling card?

If you are not in when Interlink tries to deliver your goods, the Your parcel consignment number will be quoted in your 'shipping confirmation e-mail,' which you'll have received by Kiddicare.com and this will be needed when contacting Interlink.

Please note: Interlink will try to deliver 2 times before the parcel is returned to Kiddicare.com and there is a £10 re-sending fee. If you reject the parcel there will be a charge of £29.25.

How do I track my order(s)?

If you wish to track your order please enter your order number below and click submit (the reference number provided on your order receipt and dispatch e-mail).

Note - Direct delivery (goods shipped directly from manufacture warehouses) and pre-orders cannot be tracked using this feature.

If you receive a 'No Results' message, it could be because the dispatch data is sent to Interlink at 5.30pm Monday thru to Friday. Interlink then scan the goods at their hub in Birmingham from 7pm onwards.  If you receive a "no result" or "blank page" please retry later in the evening or following morning as the order may not have reach the depot yet.

Every successful dispatched order from our warehouse is confirmed by both a text message and email. Until you receive these you will be unable to track your order.





My parcel shows signed for but I have not received it, why?

Please check with your neighbours to make sure that they have not signed for it. Then click here to contact us immediately where we have a set procedure in place.

When customers report that they have not received their goods, the first thing we do is check the delivery records with Interlink. We ask the delivery company to provide a proof of delivery (POD), which means the time and date they delivered the goods(s), together with the name of the person who signed for it and an electronic fax of the signature.

We will then be in contact to resolve the matter as soon as possible.





My order has been returned to Kiddicare, how do I get it sent again?

You will need to re-order your goods as your order will be cancelled when it is returned to us by the courier.

You need to  click here to contact us with your original order number for your refund to be issued, however you will be charged the cost of return which is £29.25 for the fist 10kg and 48p per kilo after.





Which delivery company do you use?

Our week day deliveries are carried out by Interlink Express. Saturday deliveries are carried by DPD

When we send goods directly from our supplier/manufacturer which is something we do occasionally, then the delivery company used will be the one used by the supplier/manufacturer in question.





can I collect from you?

If you order from Kiddicare.com your goods will have to be delivered.

However we have a Kiddicare Megastore in Peterborough where you can find most of the products from Kiddicare.com. Furniture collections may vary between Kiddicare.com & the Kiddicare Megastore. For further information please visit www.kiddicare.info





How can I locate my delivery depot?

Kiddicare.com use Interlink Express as their delivery company, if you wish to speak with your local depot servicing your area please follow the link below and enter your post code to obtain their contact details.

Can I rearrange my delivery day?

Goods purchased from Kiddicare.com will be dispatched immediately on a next morning delivery service as standard (please use the delivery date predictor for further information). However you can rearrange your delivery once your order has been dispatched by SMS text message. To use this service you must checkout using the kiddicare.com default checkout option and input your mobile number into the relevant mobile number field on screen.

You will receive an initial SMS text to confirm dispatch and on the morning of delivery a second SMS text to confirm your availability giving you the option to rearrange to a convenient time as per the image below:





Will my delivery be affected by the postal strike?

No your delivery will not be affected Kiddicare use an independent courier Interlink Express. They will deliver next day for all orders placed before 5pm Monday – Thursday. The BBC came to see how the strike would affect us.

Direct Delivery and Made to Order items are products that we do not keep in stock and are delivered from the manufacturers.

Place your order in the exact same way, once we receive your order we will forward this automatically to our suppliers who in return will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable date and time for your items to be delivered to you at home.

Checking a delivery day for your order is easy! Simply find the day and the time (before or after 5pm) that you placed your order from the table below and the expected delivery will be displayed next to it. 95% of orders are usually delivered by 2.30pm.
