The delivery was the next working day and free of charge dependent on value of order. You are given an interlink tracking number to track your parcel so you know when it has been despatched right through to the exact time of delivery and someone signing for the parcel in this case this was my Mum at her address as we were not at home and at work. They also text you to let you know when it's left their warehouse which is great. Can't fault them at all, communication from start to finish has been great and I had questions and emailed customer service and to my surprise they responded within the hour which was amazing. Will definitely be buying more from them before our new arrival.

Although the goods were asked to be delivered to a specific address to ensure someone would be available to sign for it, the delivery did not get receipted on the date due to the delivery person not being able to get any answer at the address although someone was in the property all day waiting. The second delivery date was successful. Product arrived in good condition.

Well done Kiddicare You provide an excellent service. My delivery was delivered within days and would recommend that people choose your own payment method as you get a text message to tell you when the goods have left the warehouse and another text message on the day of delivery. A GREAT service.

delivery service is fantastic, so helpful with the texts confirming delivery date. the hood is fixed on the wrong end of the windoo when it arrives - just flick the red part of the car fixing kit that its attached with aand it will pop off so you can put it on the right way round. i only knew this from watching the demo on kiddiecare

I havent actually used this product yet as awaiting the arrival of our twins but kiddiecare service was fantastic. I ordered the raincovers one day, got a text message the next day to say they had been dispatched and another text the following morning to say they will be delivered today or giving you a choice of three other days. My chair arrived broken and my heart sank because I thought that would be the start of a saga of hassle trying to return it. I cannot believe the service I got, everything went so smooth. I pre-ordered this item for 12092009, but it actually arrived at my home the day before. Having had some labour symptoms being unsure whether chair or baby would arrive first, it's been great to know it's here and set up for when we get home. I can't speak highly enough of a company and product who actually deliver EARLY, I've never known it and I'm a frequent online shopper. One minor problem was that a popper bit on the arm of the chair was slightly dented, meaning that the material armrest doesn't attach properly on one side.

Delivery was prompt as usual, but the box was broken open, probably due to the weight of the product. The seat appears to be undamaged though. The free sun-screens were missing, but I contacted customer service and they were sent out to me quickly.

The sleeping bag didn't arrive with other items ordered, and I had to send multiple emails chasing it before I got any response. Eventually I got a reply saying it had been missed off my order in error and the product was sent then. No-one ever answered the contact number on the website, however, having looked at the current contact details section, perhaps this has changed. I would not recommend using the site unless they have sorted out their customer services.

Fast delivery yes Did it arrive in good condition yes Customer Service not good I called customer services to say the problem about it, and she told me it is normal of maclaren buggys to be losewobbly, as they are pushchair and not suppose to be Steadystrong. I disagreed, as I told her, I have other friends with the same buggy and they do not have the annoying noise from mine and the wobbly condition... but she kept insisting the contrary and told me if I wanted it serviced but the technicians didn't find anything wrong with it, they would charge me for this. Which I think is totally wrong. The product has only over a month, and I am not supposed to have it making noises and moving wobbly like it does.
