My delivery was very prompt and it arrived in immaculate condition. Only one aspect which I was disappointed with was that I was only told that my parcel would be delivered the next day at about 8pm the evening before which meant that there could be nobody there to receive it. This wasn't so bad as the delivery compan y used have a great website where you can re-schedule the delivery day to suit you even a Saturday for an additional fee, so I just did that and was able to take delivery the next weekday.

Delivery was prompt and arrived in good condition. I ordered the seat a few weeks before my daughter needed to use it. Due to this it was not fitted in my car straight away. When I came to fit the seat one of the seatbelt catches at the top would not stay down. I contacted kiddicare by email with my concerns and received a response by telephone in approx 2 hrs. I was very impressed with their customer service and was happy with the response they provided. I would definately recommend Kiddicare and will use them for future purchases

Courier used was interlink and brilliant - friendly, really local and open in the evening - best home delivery re-arrangement service I have ever had. All arrive in tip top condition. Used kiddicare customer service for query on product detatil and found e-mail system slow and only half query answered. Phone lines were jammed all day.

Kiddicare were also fantastic. They replied to any correspondance within the automated response time. My delivery was on time and the courier kept me up to date on where my consignment was at all times by emailing me. All in all a very good experience. 24hr to arrive. arrived in perfect condition - not as heavy as I thought it would be but take up lots of car room so don't collect unless you have space due to packaging. no problems with any of the components. Best thing was the interlink courier. Great service, frindly staff, greta online tracking, local depot unusual for me and open late to collect if you call if you work like me.

I found the delivery a little confusing. My delivery was due on Wed, when I received my text I text back asking them to rearrange for Thurs. This was then confirmed by text....but it was still delivered on the Wed when I wasn't in and then I had to go and collect it from the depot which was inconvient.

Super Delivery as always, Kiddicare have never failed to deliver an item to me when they say. The box arrived in Excellent condition so you can always trust your items will arrive in tiptop condition. I've had a few questions since buying the First Wheels System and I found customer services to be excellent, most other call centres have to put you through to the store or don't know the answer to your question but these people really do know what they're talking about.

I did have some confusion initially over whether or not my item was coming or not. Got email and text to say it had been dispatched but then also got emails at same time to say it was out of stock despite website saying it was in stock and I would have to wait. When I emailed to find out what was going on, it took a while to work out what was going on. However, customer service were good about processing my price guarantee claim - it was done promptly and efficiently.

THe website is terrible - one of the hardest to use online as you can't scroll down without it freezing. I had real problems ordering with three bank cards refusing to process the order before it finally went though. If kiddicare hadn't been the cheapest I would have definietly gone elsewhere as this really made me lose confidence. Especially as your phone number doesn't work. I thought you were about to go bust. So I couldn't use customer service. In fact when the last order was refused and I couldn't get though that would have been it - but then the next day the order did go through and I still hadn't been able to get through to you to cancel the order. However, from that point the delivery process was very good. I really appreciated the text and emails to say the order was on the way and to be given the choice to change day - I thought that was a great service.

The delivery itself was a little confusing as i ordered on saturday and on the email i got it said Next day delivery. Well i figured out it wouldnt come on sunday and guessed it would arrive on monday. But on monday I went on the website and after surching I found in the FAQs that the actually delivery date for saturdays would be the next tuesday. So one advise from me would be to make it a littlebit easier for sutomers to find that section when they actually order. A little link through as a tip would be great. Other than that on Tuesday I received 2 SMS to tell me about the delivery and soon after it arrived in a good condition.

Interlink express are absolutely awful. They are the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. After 2 hours of driving time and 2 visits to the depot, I finally have all the items in my parcel. Their main purpose ought to be to courier items from one place to another but they seem to be spectacularly bad at it. My experience with them seriously puts me off using Kiddicare in the future.

I was extremely impressed with the overall service I received especially the delivery. A friend recommended mothercare to me but I had no end of problems with them starting with actually getting the bed from them. Their delivery times were ridiculous and they made it very difficult to buy something. What a good experience it was purchasing the cabi through kiddicare. I placed my order, delivery took place 2 days later as promised. The communication throughout was good, answering all my queries within the 24 hours as promised. Then I got the cherry on the top on the day of delivery from kiddicare, I noticed the cabi from another supplier at a cheaper price. I contacted kiddicare and within 2 hours I was notified that the price difference 5 had been refunded on to my card. Excellent service from kiddicare.

My delivery came in 2 parts, the first being the raincover which was disappointing as I didnt have the pushchair to use them with. I was also given no delivery date and after numerous phone calls, of which only 2 out of the 6 were answered, was given one. However, when pushchair arrived it was well worth the wait, and arrived in perfect condition. Although, was very annoyed when, of course, I wanted to get straight out and use it and couldn't because the wheels arrived flat, and no pump included. The spec didnt say one would be included, but I didnt expect the tyres to be flat So, had to go out and buy one before I could use.

Delivery was prompt though very disjointed - I ordered several items and expected them to be delivered together in one package. I was pleased with the text message service, to say my items had been dispatched. However, they'd been shipped as 2 separate consignments. The first was delivered while I was out and had 2 labels, marking it as '1 of 1' and '1 of 2'. On collection, they could only find 1 package. Had to 'phone the delivery people and track down the next one, which we collected. It didn't contain the mainmost expensive item. My credit card company advised me my account had been credited with an amount from Kiddicare, so I then checked my email and found the item had sold out and been discontinued. I was very disappointed as a the item was in stock when I ordered it b I'd ordered extra items to make up the total required for free delivery that I could've got from elsewhere and ca 'phone call or text would've been appreciated. It doesn't make me feel very confident about ordering from Kiddicare in future.

I have been recommending Kiddicare to so many of my friends not only due to the good prices, but also the delivery service. With a baby you dnt want to be given within five working days delivery services with goods arriving . You want to get the goods quickly and promptly and so far Kidicare has never let us down.

Bought the seat from the store in Peterborough, Phil the seat guy was really great, knew his stuff and tried about 6 different seats. Was offered the Isofix base at the time but didn't buy it. Once back in Aberdeen realised we needed the base, ordered at 082 0 on the Monday morning and arrived by 1500 on the Tuesday. Fantastic service would recommend Kiddicare to anyone, I fact we have.

Excellent customer services by Kiddicare. I was notified of the time the order was dispatched and received both text and e-mail of when it was going to be delivered. Price comparison match was also offered by Kiddicare. Could not come anywhere near this quality of service with other main stockist.

Delivery arrived a day late initially, then was promised it would be here by 09.30am service next day but again late and arrived at 1pm having had to liaise with courier direct Bed sheets arrived but mattress was then missing and so had to complain again and finally it arrived following day - appalling service and 3rd time used Kiddicare 3rd time delivery has been late Complained by e-mail on Friday as promised by a Manager that I would get a call re. compensation by then and now Monday and heard nothing which is a shame as the Manager prior to this had tried to help me, even packaging mattress up herself in the warehouse. Have just spent 1 hour 10 mins on hold and finally given up trying to get through by telephone typical hold time last week was about 35-45 mins. Very dissappointed not to be valued after such awful service. On plus side, product all arrived in good condition and courier was very helpful bent over backwards to sort Kiddicare's mistakes out meet me at home to ensure delivery could be received.
