We are on the IOM and delivery is ALWAYS a problem, BUT not with this firm, they use Manx Independant carriers and we've ordered twice and the delivery times have been brilliant- the text message to arrange delivery is a nice touch too.

turned out the oatmeal wasn't in stock which i was told about had i noticed the words pre order on the order confirmation. you should be told about out of stock items with the words out of stock and before you have paid. However the situation was remedied very quickly and impressively with the next day delivery of a red seated chair which is fab.

We ordered the cotbed on Thursday afternoon and it arrived on the Monday morning but we didn't realise the cut off for next day - Friday - delivery was 12pm... we ordered at 12.15pm We received email confirmation that the cotbed had been dispatched and were able to track it with Interlink via the Kiddicare website. We also got a text message early on the morning of the delivery Monday to confirm everything and to offer alternative days should we have needed to rearrange the delivery, and that could've been done by text too. The delivery guy was very friendly and it all arrived in excellent condition

I had actually ordered this product from a different web sight over 2 months ago and had to involve trading standards as they did not deliver. I have found KIDDICARE very helpful and my product was delivered when stated. Good service when I spoke to an advisor. The only problem I has and I state WAS NOTKIDDICARE fault the courier stated on line and via telephone conversation my product was going to be delivered on Monday so I waited in all day with my 2 year old and this did not arrive till Tuesday they explained they had a contractor in and got lost so were unable to deliver all products on Monday this was annoying as we waited in all day but I was able to get contact with them in working hours. My product was in perfect condition when arrived.

I ordered the same product from another internet company 2 left feet after 6 weeks of hearing nothing my credit card company are trying to get my money refunded. Reordered with Kiddicare, placed order immediately received a confirmation email stating that delivery would be within 48 hours, received a phone call and text after 24 hours stating that delivery would be next morning. Next morning product arrives.. Fantastic and service.

Kiddicare would not refund P P due to the item was the same but the head support was different colour. if given the choice I would have choose the other one as pink and I have a daughter, will think again before using Kiddicare.

The 1st delivery was quick, I wanted to change the door number they delivered to as per their card but was unable to do this through the internet so instead i choose a different date. I waited in all day and it was not delivered, I telephoned the company to discover that the driver went to the wrong door number, because of this they argreed to upgrade the delivery to before 9.30. I love the product its just a shame that the courier company was not as good

Not so happy with interlink express service. They kept me waiting two full days at home. The driver said he came and nobody opened but I was at home... Kiddicare please improve your communication in regards when the item was shipped and the estimated date of delivery because I was lost.

Very dissapointed live in a first floor flat. The delivery driver left downstairs. I had to carry the mattress 7kg and 33kg cotbed up two flights of stairs not long after section. Next day delivery great items will remember to have items delivered to my mums next time.

There was a huge mix up over delivery address, which despite entering a different address for delivery, the item was still destined to go to the wrong address. It took a lot of time to re-organise this, I was able to chat online to an operator to explain the mistake, she assured me it would be changed and that I would receive a copy of our conversation via email. This did not arrive. I was later told she did fax through to the delivery firm but that they hadn't received it. I received texts on my phone telling me that the items would be delivered on the correct day but when I checked online with the delivery firm they had one set of parcels going to one postcode and one parcel going to another. The frustration was in not being able to actually speak directly to a real person to explain the complications caused by the initial mix up. I even tried to ring the delivery firm but they recommended I try to speak to kiddicare. Thankfully I did eventually find a direct line, speaking to an operative which dealt with orders and had my concerns heard, but one of the parcels of the order still ended up being delivered to the wrong address. everything is now delivered to the right address, but the process was very fraught with a certain amount of frustration due to not being able to access some way to correct the mistake made my kiddicare in the first place. However, we are very happy with the cotbed and delighted to finally have completed the order. Satisfaction eventually. Thank you

I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service. I ordered lunchtime on Thursday 25Th September, i paid 12.99 extra to ensure i would receive my purchase Saturday before 12. When my product did not arrive i looked at the tracker to discover the driver apparently could not find my address. I find this very hard to believe as i've frequently purchased on line and have not experienced any problems with couriers finding my house. When my parcel failed to arrive i contacted the on line customer service centre whom advised i would be refunded the 12.99 delivery charge. My parcel arrived yesterday and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have just queued in the online customer service system for 30 minutes, and when it was my turn i was dis appointed further to be advised that there was no agent available Would someone be kind enough to contact me
