Waiting in from 8am to 6pm was a bit of a pain, my delivery was late on in the day so I was waiting in the whole time. It would have been good to have had it narrowed down a bit. Customer service were great, they replied to my query very quickly.

prompt delivery excellent item ,memders of my family have this item it is also used in the nursey were i work it is very easy to clean, more practical for changing the baby and excellent storage underneath.i would strongly recommend this to every new mother,having the concealed bath under changer is just another added bonus ,no bending as changer is ideal high ,all i can say is go get one and you will be delighted with it and you will recommend it to everyone you know.

As ever Kiddicare.com was professional and true to their word...I had looked at other online shops as they were goving a discount on expensive items if you were spending alot of money. However thgey could not compete with the delivery times. Kiddicare.com are great beacuse you can see if your product is out of stock and the deleivery date is always right The product arrived in good condition, I always put unchecked on the documents so you an get them inside and check them properly without being rushed

Perfect delivery by Kiddicare.com and it arrived when they said they would deliverI also used the kiddicare.com messenging system online instant emailing in real time as I had not put some information in properly, the customer service team were amazing, they were so helpful and you really felt they were trying to support and assist as much as possible. Kiddicare.com take the stress out of ordering products for your children, this is the service that all companies should aspire to. Having and taking care of children is so important and can be such a stressful time...order from Kiddicare.com and you will not be chasing your products and they will arrive ontime.

Service from these guys is aw ful There is no one to talk to and the response on the e-mail system is slow and seems intent on not helping. You have to think twice before using kiddicare. They might be slightly cheaper, but that is because there is no service there at all I could find no substantiation of them being The UKs favourite baby website. I shall definitely not use them again.

The delivery was awful. The delivery company sent the buggy to bournemouth and then on to brighton, missing my delivery day and then with their mistake did not deliver until Tuesday after a bank holiday when as a good faith gesture could have delivered on saturday. To top it all off they left it with a neighbour and didnt post a card through my door. There for I had to check with online parcel tracking to see it was at no 63 very disappointing. emails to kiddicare replied to within 24 hours

Delivery was excellent as well - I provided my mobile number so i received a text when the order was dispatched and one on the day of delivery offering me to change the day if i wanted. Everything was in good condition - a couple of creases in the pushchair fabric due to compact storage but they'll go. I couldn't find the sun canopy for the carseat so i emailed customer services who replied the next day telling me exactly where it was hiding down the back of the carseat. Cannot fault the service and I'd definitely buy from here again.

Kiddicare are a very good company, the delivery was exactly the date they said it would be and the text notification made it easier for someone to be in when it all arrived. The boxes were clearly labelled and despite a small issue with half of my order being on a different van when i contacted Kiddicare.com to querey this they were very polite and prompt in answering my questions. Having scoured the internet for our chosen car seat, I could not find anywhere to beat Kiddicare on price. Often when paying a little less, the service leaves alot to be desired - but I'm pleased to say not in this case I ordered my car seat Tues night. I received a text on Weds to say the goods had been dispached. Another text on Thurs to confirm delivery and offer alternative options should that day not have been suitable. I wish ALL companies offer this level of service I have already recommended Kiddicare to numerous friends and family Thank you - I cannot think of a way to better your service and will be returning to your site for many other products no doubt

I use to live in Peterborough and loved Kiddicare - now living in the North East I was thrilled to see I could order from Kiddicare online. The service is fant astic, I ordered the pushchair on Saturday afternoon online and it was delivered by Tuesday morning, I received text messages saying when the product would be delivered and an option to rearrange delivery if I wanted to. The pushchair arrived on-time and in perfect condition. I'm very impressed.

The product arrived in good condition but I was a bit disappointed that the day it was due I waited in till 3.30 only to receive a phone call saying the driver hadn't manage to find the property and had to re-deliver the next day. Since I gave my mobile number and home number I can't understand why nobody had phoned me that day to ask for directions at the time rather than cancel and leave me waiting in again all the next day. I did wonder whether this was just an excuse because they couldn't deliver the product on time.

Fast delivery and good communication. Will definitely recommend. I have visited the store several times and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The store is worth a trip, even just to view the products under one roof and talk to other families. It's like a certain well known furniture store but for babies And the cafeteria does a pretty good lunch.

i buy things from kiddicare not the first time and ver y pleased with it.want to admit that staff members are very helpful and friendly,pleased that you get emails about the status of your purchased product,excellenti had a confusion with pushchair,so have to contact it,but i dont really like that kiddicare hasnt got a landline number,so i can talk directly about my problem,not to wait by the computer till one of the operators is free.

Kiddicare is the most impressive baby-goods website I use and I am guilty of using a lot. Delivery is always prompt and the text alert enabling me to change the date of delivery is brilliant.

Delivery was so prompt I was amazed. It said next day, but we've had problems in the past with other companys that it sounded too good to be true. But we had the bed by 10am the next day. and the product was in perfect condition.

Ordered about 3pm and arrived by midday the next day. I even received a text saying it had left the warehouse and was on its way. Our 4 week old little boy loves it and gazes around and soothes himself in it. We cannot fault Kiddicare for speed of delivery and condition of goods on arrival - this was our third large order. The SMS service that allows you to re-arrange delivery is a great idea and the free delivery on orders over 50 is a big pull for us.
