Well, we bought a Volo in January which developed a fault with a spacer bearing on one of the wheels in May. We returned it to Kiddicare and were impressed with their collection procedure. However, despite them having picked it up from our current address and despite the fact that our account details were updated by us on their records, the repaired Volo admittedly within 48 hours was returned by the couriers to the wrong address where it was signed for. Efforts to retrieve it failed and this was clearly the fault of Kiddicare who had supplied the wrong information to the courier company. A few phone calls and a week later we eventually spoke to a service manager and he resolved it. We had just wanted a new Volo to replace the 'lost' one but it was only available in red. As this was not what we ordered, the manager kindly upgraded our replacement to a Triumph to compensate for the hassle and expense of calls and the fact that we had to strap our child to a skateboard for a week and drag him around using a dog leash. So, in short excellent customer service ensuring that Kiddicare will be the first company of choice when shopping for kiddie stuff in future. 1010.

I couldn't believe how quick this product was delivered, We ordered it on a Monday evening at 6pm and it was delivered the next day as promised at 1230. They even gave us a time as to when it was going to be delivered. Its a great service.

I ordered this product at 8PM and I got an email confirming my delivery at 12.30PM next day. I was quite surprised, rather shocked, to see they deliver this quickly. Though I did not receive it the next day, it got delivered the day after and I am still happy with the prompt delivery. The product had a bit shaky head rest that was making noise while on move. I talked to the customer service, who immediately transferred the call to a product specialist and answered query in no time and arranged for replacement. I received the replacement promptly and it is working great.

And also the customer service was superb, I placed my order during the baby weaver teddy bear promotion, which I didn't receive with my order, I emailed kiddcare and I was told the promotion expire the day before I place my order, the customer service sent out the teddy bear to me next day delivery as a good gesture, I can't not recommend kiddicare enough. As soon as i put this up for order i received an email confirming the time and day of delivery. I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly. After a Couple of uses the alarm on the buckle was playing up, i rang customer service line and they were brilliant so helpful and nice to speak to. They took some information down and sent me a new buckle out for a next day delivery. Couldn't get any better than that.

Kiddicare and InterlinkDPD have the best delivery service I've ever encountered. They send you several texts and e-mails to let you know what's happening and give you ample chances to rearrange delivery. I've never had them deliver out of time yet.

Great product and service form Kiddicare but Terrible delivery from DPD again. The buggy was ordered with a snooze shade in the same order. Snooze shade turned up, but the DPD driver was adamant the buggy was not part of the same delivery. So the buggy didn't turn up. I called kiddicare who where really apologetic, confirmed that the buggy was on the same van,and arranged for re-delivery the next day. I got the text with the delivery ETA and opted to have it delivered to a neighbour. Both my neighbours were in at the time of delivery but the DPD driver didn't even knock thier doors The buggy finally turned up 3 days late, at the 4th delivery attempt. I hope kiddicare stop using DPD as they are terrible. This is not the first problem we've had with them.

Website stated next day delievery which surprised me as i was expecting it to take longer to arrive. I received an email stating the day of delivery this day did not suit me so i rearranged which was rather easy to arrange. I've ordered my chair with a baby set which has still not been delivered. The driver did not tell me it was part delivered and I had to ring up to confirm my missing part. The operator said the missing part is out of stock currently and cannot give me a delivery date. However, I've paid and still waiting. Cannot put my baby in the chair until the baby set has arrived. I have not received email to update me and I've never received confirmation to say my order is only parted d elivered. However, the operator told me certain stores have the baby set in which I can go in to collect. But I do not live close to these stores and that's why wanted my products to be delivered at the first place

Delivery system they have got is excellent. I placed my order during bank holiday weekend yet my order was delivered on the first working day after the bank holiday. They also let you know by email when order will be delivered with option to change the delivery date, or request order to be delivered to neighbour which is very cool and handy for working parents.
