Excellent service from Kiddicare I ordered the buggy at 6.30pm Monday, it was dispatched Tuesday morning with me by lunch time I received several emails telling me what was happening giving me a 1 hour time slot for delivery it arrived well within that time slot delivery was free. I have paid other companies a fortune for delivery not received service like this, I will definitely be using Kiddicare again.

The service from kiddicare is my main reason to review. It was excellent. The price for these was very competitive which is a main factor when buying two of everything I qualified for free delivery which was an amazing service. I bought them on Monday morning, Monday evening I had an email to say they would be delivered on Tuesday unless that was inconvenient. I was out Tuesday so requested Thursday through the email. On Thursday morning I had an email saying that delivery would be between 12.26 and 13.26 which it was so I didn't have to wait in all day The seats should have a travel bag which didn't come with either of them so I called customer service, I spoke to a polite operator quickly who checked on this and arranged for these bags to be sent out separately. I was so happy with their service and will definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I ordered the item on Sunday afternoon and received an immediate confirmation by e mail. On Monday morning there was an e mail stating the item would be delivered between 1203 and 303 that day. The item arrived at aroundb 1205. There was an option to have the item delivered to a neighbour or on a different day. Excellent customer service

Delivery was prompt and on time, we normally have problems in this area for deliveries but the carrier was superb giving us a one hour window so we didn't have to wait in all day, they sent an email first thing in the morning to let us know the delivery time.

Delivery arrived when it was supposed to I was contacted twice before delivery to say where in transit it was. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. The delivery driver brought it in the house for me he was very polite and showed his I.D when I opened the door to him

the delivery of my product was prompt but i was very disapointed with the person who delivered it. when he arrived i was stood at the end of my driveway talking to a neighbour. he just dumped my package at the end of my drive and got back in his vehicle, being 37 weeks pregnant i then had to carry it inside, it was very heavy. as far as im concerned this was poor judgement on his par t and a disapointment and not a good reflexion of the otherwise excellent service ive had from kiddicare.

good next day delivery only fault was it say it gives u the one hour time slot from that morning i didnt recieve the time time 10.00 then delivery was for 11.35 - 12.35 in needed to know before 8 as had to do school run and pop to town but the product was delivered at 11.38 so that was great and super fast loved the fact i could as too leave with neighbour or change dates but overall a great service.

Delivery was next day as expected. However, the item was sent in the actual box with no packaging which meant that the box was damaged and was covered in the postage labels. Not very good as the item was for a present. Whilst the lack of packaging is obviously great for the company's environmental credentials it isn't ideal when the boxes arrive damaged.

Delivery was prompt. I keep finding that ALL Lindam stairgates just come in the retail box which is ALWAYS damaged and although it doesnt cause a problem with the product in 9 times out of 10 the box is no good to keep for a later date.

Excellent. Probably the best servicedelivery experience I have ever had from an online retailer Prompt and excellent communication. As the site clearly states when delivery will be and the courier also provides confirmation of date and time of delivery, to an hour long window, which allowed me to plan around the delivery rather than waiting all day. Unfortunately Kiddicare did not have the pushchair in stock but they pricematched for me in store and gave me 25 of the difference which made it cheaper to purchase in store than online. Delivery was free and arrived the next day despite ordering at 4pm on a Sunday It arrived on time, in excellent condition and I was provided with an hour's time slot on the day which meant I did not have to wait home all day. Fantastic communication. Fantastic instore assistance by well trained staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgable and able to test run the pushchairs in store with baby in before purchasing. Without the assistance of the staff in Kiddicare I would not have even thought to look at this pushchair.

Service is fantastic. You are informed every step of the way as to what is happening with your parcels and on day of delivery you get sent a text and email to let you know what time your product will be delivered in an hourly slot. It gives you the option of changing delivery or leaving with a neighbour etc. Also the day before delivery they give you the option to change delivery dates as well. although delivery was fast and great service, the only thing I can think to improve and not sure if this is down to kiddicare or the actual delivery company, there was an option to redeliver to neighbour which I selected as the delivery time would clash with me picking my youngest up from playgroup - I contacted my neighbour and she agreed to take delivery of the items - however you dont actually select which neighbour to deliver to, so my items were actually delivered to a different neighbour in the opposite direction, which I felt bad about as my neighbour had specifally stayed in waiting for my parcel

prompt delivery, good condition, delivery man looked surprised and commented it is heavy when I asked him to carry it up one flight of stairs - I was 8 months pregant with twins I would apreciate if there was a space for a note when ordering bulky items to warn curiers when stairslifting are involved

The delivery arrived on the first minute of the schedule slot, which was less than 24 hours after ordering. My only gripe was the delivery man just left the box on my doorstep and wouldn't drop it just inside the front door for me. I am 8 12 months pregnant and can barely move. Luckily it wasn't a rainy day.

I have been disappointed with this aspect, I have not as yet over 1 week since delivery received my entire order, I have tracked it with distribution but they claim not to have had one of my seats for it to be delivered to me. I spent a good while on hold not an 0800 number only to give up and send an e-mail. I am awaiting a response.

Excellent delivery service. I had to ch ange the date of delivery, but this was done through a simple text message. We were told delivery would be within a certain hour, and the nappies arrived within that hour. The delivery service is the best and most convenient I have ever experienced.
