Thank you very much for my order, which arrived promptly. I am very pleased with the service provided by kiddicare, I don't know of any other company that sends up to date text messages keeping you updated about your order. I find this very useful and I especially like the fact that you can re-arrange a delivery through text messaging with no hassle whatsoever, it's a shame more companies can't be more efficient. There is one thing I would like to add, regarding the email attachment that is sent when asking for customer comments, it does not connect to anything when you press on it, I have therefore come directly from the kiddicare website to write this message and I do hope I am still entitled to be entered into the prize draw (as indicated in your email) by doing so? Thank you once again.

Just received my latest order from you and once again, not only is it exactly what I ordered but it arrived so quickly! I only ordered it Monday at about 4pm and it arrived today (Wednesday)... brilliant.

I recently purchased a pushchair from another online company (only because you unfortunately didn't have the one I required) and the cosytoes was defective. I have had nothing but hassle trying to get a replacement and their customer service was absolutely terrible. Next time I won't bother and I'll stick with you!!

The car tidy is brilliant too, will come in very handy with my messy two boys.

I would like to say how happy i was with my order which i recieved on 13/06/08. The car seat was excellent value for money, and the gliding chair and stool is the best thing i have bought. It was so easy to put up and is very comfortable, and will be great for feeding my daughter who is due to arrive in ablout 10 weeks.
I would recommend you to family and friends.
