As usual, Kiddicare's delivery service and 1 hour delivery slots were superb. The first chair that arrived had a fault- I reported this to Kiddicare by email, and a new delivery was arranged in more or less only 1 business day. The faulty chair was collected and a new one delivered at the same time. This is the first time I have had to return an item despite quite a few purchases and am very pleased with the service provided by Kiddicare

tried to deliver day before due delivery date which set me into panic as I wasn't around to receive it. still kept to original date. be warned if item in stock they will try to deliver earlier than you think, but otherwise on time.
