Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I haven't seen sleeping bags at this price even in the second-hand market. It's great quality, warm and can't be beaten in terms of value. I've washed the bag a number of times and it still looks as good as when I first used it. The bag even comes with a room thermometer so that you can match the tog size to the room temperature. The only caution I would make is that it seems to run a little small (4-12 month size). Overall, though highly recommended!
