i brought this for my son who was nine months at the time. he'd not long come out of a carrycot and wanted something smaller but still quite sheltered.I loved the fact that it would lie completely flat as my baby still slept during the day, the basket was of adequate size great for shopping! Raincover included was a bonus also! However the back rest was stiff and we could never get the backrest to allign properly, it was very difficult to steer even with swivels, the frame was lop sided and i think we got two months use out of it and have had to replace it!!

COMPACT PUSHCHAIR

Cons:
FOLDING CATCH IN BAD AREA, Hard to clean, HARNESS TOO LOW DOWN
Best Uses:

Bottom Line:

[...]FOLDING CATCHES ON HANDLES ARE WAY TO EASY TO CATCH . IF YOU DO THE BUGGY STARTS TO FOLD IN ON INSELF. THE RAIN COVER CVOULD DO WITH BEING A LITTLE LONGER , IT DOESNT GO OVER MY TODDLERS FEET. ]THE HARNESS IS ATTATCHES TO THE SEAT FAR TOO LOW FOR A TODDLER , ITS TOO UNCOMFORTABLE FOR HIM TO WEAR.HE KEEPS PULLING IT OFF

Overall I was happy the first week but having used it only a couple of times quite a few faults have appeared - had I paid full price I would have been gutted to say the least. Worst fault is the recline seat doesn't lock into place so I have only been able to use it most of the time in full upright or full recline and not the in between options. The seat is very short and my three year old seems to slip off almost imediatly, straps don't go very short for a newborn. It very quickly started to turn to one side when pushing so it's quite a battle to keep it in a straight line. I only bought this to get us to baby group once a week as our mountain buggy is too wide to fit through the door! Would have to buy another if this was your main pram. Xxx

I use this pushchair everyday to do the school and shopping run.
This pushchair is great looking and very sturdy but i have found that the folding mechanism is easily triggered i find myself constantly stopping to fix this problem, it is also a heavy pushchair whether stationary or folded down, definately a two person job one of which is for the other person to hold the baby!
The brakes also need to be pushed down quite firmly and even then they still flick back up

not worth the full price
By Busy mum of 3Verified Purchaser from Sutton Surrey on 1/11/2008
Pros:
Comfortable
Cons:
Hard to clean, Poor Construction
Describe Yourself:

This pram was lovely to look at but the safety locks on the handle bars that collaps the pram are far too easily clicked by accident.....
the footrest catches on the basket so you have to move that to put the pram up,
Doesnt always click into place properly so you have to adjust the handles and press the safety catch down.
