I have one of these in the car and one in the changebag - they have both already come in very handy. I mainly use this it for dirty nappies, but also soiled clothes - you can even use it as a waterproof hat if you don't have an umbrella (although you do look rather silly). This is an excellent idea and I have already recomended to other people. These are great if you have a dog, older children, babies etc. You have to get used to how much of the bag you need to pull out to get the right size, but this only takes a few goes. Fantastic idea and very, very handy. The free refill is also welcome!
