I bought these nappies as I didn't want to use disposables, and being a single parent wanted to keep my costs down. I use these nappies throughout the day I do have to change the nappies every couple of hours as they don't hold that much urine, and having a boy we go through six to eight a day.
They are easy to use, once you've got used to doing the boy fold to make it more absorbent, not too bulky and are comfortable for my son.
I use disposables at night as they are not absorbent enough for more than four hours so using disposables enables my son to sleep for the night without me having to change him during the night. Otherwise they are a good buy and would recommend them to others

I bought the Birth to Potty pack after looking at all the different brands of cloth nappy & deciding this product would best suit my needs. I really didn't want to use disposable nappies because of the effect on the environment & the enormous amount of money that I would spend on them. The Bambino Mio nappies were very good value for money & although the initial outlay seems a lot it really isn't when compared to the overall cost of usng disposables.
I don't use the cloth nappies at night as I am lucky enough to have a daughter who sleeps 12 hours a night so I'm not about to wake her up for a nappy change! I use eco-disposables at night & also if we are out & about for the day as it is much easier & more convenient.
Overall I have found the cloth nappies easy to use, I just fold them in 3 when I've washed & dried them & then put them in a nappy stacker so that they are ready to use.
My only critisism would be that they need to be changed every 2-3 hours otherwise the outer cover soaks up the wet from the nappy. Also I find that some of the covers don't seem to fit very snugly around the legs, for example my daughter is currently in the medium covers with the size 2 nappy ~ the spotty cover fits perfectly yet the 2 plain covers seem to be a bit loose around the legs no matter how I do them up.
I must also say that I was surprised when reading other peoples' reviews that they have said that they don't find these nappies bulky as I do find them very bulky & I can't get my daughter in most of the trousers that she has because of the size of the nappies. She is just 6 months old & has only just started wearing her 6-9 month size clothes & yet they still don't fit on her so we have had to resort to her wearing leggings as they are stretchy enough to fit over the nappies.
However, I would definitely recommend these nappies as the negative side to them is by far outweighed by the positive!!
