The FunPodTM is suitable for children aged 1-4 and has 5 adjustable height settings allowing for childrens growth so that at whatever childs height, the top of the FunPodTM is always at chest height to ensure the childs safety. Child safety within the kitchen need no longer be a worry. Or entertaining your child at home come to that. With a lifespan of 3 years, the FunPodTM can be used when your toddler starts to walk unaided. Standing on an adjustable footplate, they drop levels as he or she grows. There are 5 settings accommodating the average height of a 12 month baby up to a toddler of 4 so at whatever level, the top of the FunPodTM is always at chest height for safety reasons. Simply lift them in and let them help you with the washing up or preparation of the days meal. Its a great way of keeping them away from electrical or hot appliances in the kitchen, not to mention stimulation or child development. The child must be able to stand unaided in order to use the FunPodTM safely. It is important that the childs chest is in line with the top of the FunPodTM for safety. Adjust the level accordingly.

[...]. The product is extremely sturdy and great to keep my little one with me in the kitchen. She can be at worktop level, see what I am doing, and be entertained with her little bits and pieces. She always wants to know what I am doing, so now she can see and have more intereaction and take part.

I wasn't sure whether to purchase this item or not but I'm SO glad I did! I have a very active and inquisitive 14 month old and she loves the Funpod. She can stand alongside me safely and 'help' me prepare food or just play at the worktop whilst I get on with other things in the kitchen.
Her favourite, though, is when I put her at the sink with a bowl of water and cups etc and she'll happily play for a good half hour so I can get other jobs done.
The only downside is that it is very heavy, large and a little difficult to move but this is outweighed by it's value in giving me time to get on with other things that I wouldn't normally be able to do with a toddler at large!

As a working mum with a twenty one month old baby I was always torn between spending time with my child and household chores. This product has solved that, I do not know how I lived without one. This allows my daughter to spend time in the kitchen safely playing whilst I am cooking etc. I have never known my daughter to spend more than twenty minutes doing one thing but she actually spent an hour "washing the dishes"!!!! She actually ask to get into it when we go into the kitchen and when she is tired from standing up she sits inside it quite happily playing. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to do housework with a small toddler around

This item is absolutely amazing - why has no-one invented it before?! Pricey but worth every penny, we use ours every single day, usually about 3 times a day. My little girl has Down's Syndrome and wouldn't be at all safe standing on a chair. She always has feeding problems so letting her to help prepare her food and see it being made is really helping to encourage her. SHe can safely reach the work surface to "help" with cooking, washing up and to do drawing etc when I'm busy. The peace of mind of knowing she can't come to any harm is worth the money alone. Really easy to assemble and smaller that it looks on the pictures. It is however very heavy so not portable. It does need to live in the place where you will use it most.

Makes life so much easier in the kitchen and my little boy loves to be at work surface height so he can "help" mummy! Only problem is he doesn't want to get out of it!

This is a really good product. I use it for my 18 month old and also my 6 year old. Its so easy to simply just slide the base out and move it up so its a different height for each child.

We love our fun pod - my son absolutely loves his and is in it every day. Before we got this fab product, my son was always standing on a chair and it was a nightmare. I had to do everything one handed. Now I have two hands and we all have fun!

My dd loves her pod and is always banging the side to go in it. I have two hands again and she is sooooo happy. We have loads of fun now and there is no more balancing on chairs. Yippee.

This product is great for peace of mind if nothing else. I know once my child is in the pod she can't accidentally fall off, like she can with standing her on a chair. She loves the way she can be part of whatever I'm doing in the kitchen, and it's great for letting her get on with painting whilst I'm preparing dinner. How did I live without it? My only critisism would be the weight of the pod. It's not easy to move around, but then again that means she's not going to push it over either.
