im currently breast feeding my 4th child and these cups are excellent for storing expressed breast milk in to freeze as it also turns in to a bottle when you use the adapter .. the only downside is the lids .. they are sooo faffy to screw on and never screw on straight the first time ... and are even harder to get off again as theres nothing to grip to .. and are virtually impossible to remove when you have a screaming baby under one arm ... they should have made the lids more like the top of a babys bottle
