I bought these just to make my order up to 50pounds, rather than being in desperate need for something like this,but they do the job and I use them for every feed now.
They are good for telling when the milk is too hot (as they turn bright pink), but not so great at telling when it's too cold as it's just a darker shade of purple, so quite hard to decipher when they are in the milk.

I was really worried about my baby's milk being too hot. These temperature indicators were invaluable, particularlly at first when I was fumbling in the dark!!

This invention is great for letting milk cool or heating milk lets you see before it gets too late that the product is cool enough for the little one to drink,it also comes with a handy spoon for weaning. This is a definate for any parent that likes to be safe with their child.

A great idea to easily check the temperature of feeds,
Works best if used when heating the water in the bottle separately, then adding the powder formula.
(which is how feeds are recommended to be made)
Can easily tell when the feed has gone cold too, if baby is taking it's time with the feed.
Spoon is handy for checking food temperature, when child is at the weaning stage.

The idea for this product is fantastic and it may work well with some formulas but our son uses a rice thickened formula that is a little frothy at the top and the heat sensor disk just gets lost in the froth. You can't see it enough to see what colour it is. Overall we were very disapointed!
