We just took this cot on a 3 week driving trip staying in new places every couple of nights so the fact it was so easy and quick to assemble was great. It fit neatly in the car and was definitely lightweight (whilst by no means fragile or unstable), we certainly felt 7.2kgs was heavy enough with a 7th month old baby and everything else we had to carry! The only negative I can think of is the fact the mattress is quite thin, but having spoken to friends it seems this is pretty standard. - I recommend taking a couple of extra blankets to help pad it out. We're going to test it out again next week - as were taking it on a flight so hopefully it will fair just as well afterwards.

I admit I read the instructions, and found the cot really easy to both assemble and put away. We bought the additional matress (which is great and makes it super comfortable) however it isn't necessarily required.
Great travel cot.

Great buy, fairly lightweight and sturdy, it does take a little while to figure out how to put it up but once you have done this a few times it gets easier.
My daughter loved being in it, and there's loads of room for her to play about.

Purchased to use more as a playpen than a travel cot and its absolutely superb - easy to assemble, nice looking, extremely lightweight but sturdy, very roomy for my 11 month old and her toys and something I wish I had purchased months ago... money well spent! Comfy as a travel cot too...

Once we got use to the assembley this travel cot was so simple to use (remember to turn the handle on the base and have the base only half way down, before locking the sides). We use it as a playpen and It's so simple to set up we take it down every evening so we get some adults space when baby is asleep. Really worth the money
