In summary, good value if you get it on a cheap deal. I wouldn't pay full price and feel that I'd got value for money.
If I was making my decision on it's ease of adjustability and fitting, I wouldn't buy it. But hey, once it's adjusted and it's in the car it does it's job perfectly well. We've bought it as a second seat to be used in my wife's car so were happy with what we paid. There's not THAT much padding but it's sufficient and the material looks as though it'll be easy to clean. Our 'primary' seat is a Concord and to be honest, we've tried quite a few seats and nothing has come close to the Concord so it's a bit difficult to get all gushy about this one.
But I still have to say it's great value if it's a second seat and it does it's job well for the price.

I bought this as a cheaper second seat for occasional use in my husbands work car and also for the grandmother's car. It's not as plush and as easy to use as our main car seat but for an occasional car seat it's absolutely fine.

I bought this car seat for my mother-in-law for occasional use for my daughter. It was a bit fiddly to install, but apart from that it seems fine - especially for the price.

We bought it considering it will also be useful for our newborn. Even though available information suggests it is for size 0 but we would not recommend it for babies below 6 months old. Its quite big for them. For older babies it looks fine.

I use the seat only occasionally, and wanted something safe but inexpensive. Have found the seat adequate, but of fairly crude construction. Could do with more padding. Installing into car is simple engough, making adjustments to straps etc is a real pain. Wish I'd paid a bit extra for a classier model.

Great for use in grandparents car. Means they can get out and about easily. Only problem with adjusting straps but only took a bit of practice.

Cons:

My Mum (nanny) bought this for her car. It took a while to install as passing the seat belt through was really fiddly but once installed seems a sturdy product. Adjusting the harness is quite fiddly too but this is quite a basic car seat reasonably priced.
