Its natural for parents to demand nothing but the best where their childs safety and comfort are concerned, so concord have developed the Ultimax car seat, this car seat is the ultimate in safety from the word go. Its actually two seats in one, as the Ultimax is extraordinarily variable. Maximum useful life, optimal safety, the Ultimax can be fitted in the rear-facing position for children up to the age of about 18 mths up to 13 kg. When the children are bigger 9 - 18 kg, the seat is simply turned around and can be used forward facing. This means that the Ultimax provides protection with no compromises in the groups 0 and 1, and can be used right up until the child is approx 4 yrs old 18kg

We bought this seat for our first great grandchild. We found it easy to install in to our grandsons car a Fiat Punto.It is fairly light and quiet managable. We also like the idea of buying a spare base so swapping cars would no be a problem. At this moment in time we have not found any problems with the car seat. It has too be top notch, it's carrying a very precious cargo.!

We brought this when our son was 3 months old. He is a heavier baby and carrying him to and from the car in the infant carrier was becoming increasing hard work, he was also growing out of it! This carrier allowed the car seat to be permenantly in place. The car seat is sturdy, well constructed, allows rear-facing protection and fits well into all of the cars we have used it in. The only negative is that the fitting instructions are vague in some areas but once you have worked out how to move it around it is easy, although I wouldn't want to carry it too far.

Great car seat. Love the fact it has a base and a seat to ensure perfect fit. Purchased for my eldest and loved it so much bought 2nd for my newborn
