Hi,I love this car seat and it's the best i bought throught my 15 years as a nanny. I needed a new car seat as my family was expecting. I wanted a good one but I like bargain so i had done some research on the internet. [...] I knew Britax is a good name, so no worries to buy it cheaper as I knew the quality will be as good as in shops or Argos. Now I am a proud nanny of a beautiful boy and I wanted to make sure I had a very good seat for him. It's so confortable from the day he is born to now is 6 months old. the new born attachment is doing a good job and vey confortable. Support the back of the baby. I find easy to install it and taking it off and put it back again I have to do it twice a week because I have another family with a 9 years old. i take him and his friends to school so the space is needed. The car seat is sturdy on the back seat. The piece underneath the car seat sit perfectly on the sewing in the middle of my car's back seat: this was my worry as I know the importance to have a good car seat fitting the seat of cars. And buying from the internet I couldn't check it. I thought about this after I bought it,My advice to you: go to a shop, check the seat and you will see it's a great one. Ask if it's possible to put it in your car to check the fitting. [...] i don't have a negative point to say about this seat. May be this tiny one: if you have a very small car or need the 3 seats at the back for other children. This one is a little bit large on size. Saying that it's where they didn't compromise on confort. Even his mother said this car seat is a lot better than the one she bought two weeks before i got this one. And she paid [$] more. I can't tell you if it's sturdy for front seats as i always put young children in the back. But again knowing this seat i am sure it's sturdy on the front seat of any car.I love it, I love it...........

Great transition chair from rear facing to this forward facing seat. My daughter loved it when she moved into this seat and now loves going in the car and looking out of the window. It's a bit awkward to put the child in with the shoulder straps but once they're in it's easy to fasten and seems very comfortable with lots of different recline positions.

We wanted a car seat that fitted in the back seat of our car with a lap strap, like our old Britax Club Class used to. Since the old car seat had been used for two of our three boys and showing some wear, we decided to get a new one. Britax no longer makes the Club Class, but this seat was nearly identical, fitted in exactly the same way, and even came with a special adapter-cushion for newborn or very small babies. Super seat at a super pice!

I used this car seat when my little boy outgrew his infant carrier but was still too young to face forwards in the car.
It is very easy to fit, only took me about 10 minutes, and he is very comfortable in it. The only downside is that my car has quite low headroom and it can be difficult to feed him into the seat without bumping his head. I like the fact that it can then be front facing too as that makes the product good value

Having bought a second car I needed 2 more car seats (for 9 month old and 2 year old) to give me the flexibility to pick the children up in either car.
Whilst I didn't want to compromise on safety I didn't have a fortune to spend either. When i found this Britax car seats on Kiddicare i bought two of them - quick - in case there was a mistake!

Fantastic seats - comfortable, easy to adjust, easy to install. Yes they are big and bulky but I personally didn't want a car seat that wasn't. Between them they take up most of the back seat but the kids have a good deal of space can see all around them and are comfortable and most of all safe!

The only time I wouldn't reccommend this seat is if you needed to keep taking it in and out of the car - as I think you could get a lighter version but then it would cost you more.

All in all a fantastic seat at a fantastic price!

I researched which car seat to purchase thoroughly and this definitely came top for us for on price, ease of use and most importantly - for safety recommendations. The useful installation video on line made it even easier to install.
I have washed the material coverings - these are easy to remove, wash and re cover.
We liked this model so much we have bought 2 of them now - one for my car and one for my parents.

Product was purchased for 2nd car so only used occassionally (generally twice a week for about 10 minutes a time!) - it was the ONLY car seat recommended for a Peogeot 406 by the Raod Safety Team in Southend, Essex. The belt clasp is really well designed as the release catch/button is not stiff and does not bend your finger nails back like our primary car seat does (sounds horrible but it's reality!). One other feature which is good is that it reclines - not sure if all seats do this but this is excellent for any potential long haul trips.

[...] The seat itself is very easy to use, but takes a lot of space up on the back seat. Sitting a third person in the back is now a tight squeeze even for a little person. However from a safety and comfort perspective for our 1 year old this was a great buy. It's simple to instal and easy to get her in and out. Well recommended

I have used this as an infant car seat. It is lovely compared to the carry chair I was using. My son looks really comfortable in it. It seemed to fit better when forward rather than rearward facing, although this was shown in the information about our car type. An excellent good value car seat. My parents have since bought one for their car also!

We brought this when my very long baby out grew her first car seat, and it is great! Although a little heavy and complicated to install (compared to the carry versions though anything is! And once its in, its in) it is so comfy for my little one, and she is much better in it. The only bad points i can see are that it isn't as 'fasionable' as some seats (NOT my priority) and now shes a bit bigger, but i'm not ready to have her forward facing, its a little harder to get her in and out. Brilliant value

This car seat is good and i would recommend it.The only down side it when it is a rear facing seat for a toddler before it faces forward. Because of the way it is fitted with the adult seatbelt it can be a struggle to get the child in. I would use a newborn car seat till 9mths then use this and there will be no problems.

Most substantial seat,a bit heavy but that only serves to reassure you. Ideal if your child has outgrown the infant seat, but still needs to be rear facing, as can be used forward facing when the time comes, so plenty of use for the money. Good fitting instructions, and very cosy insert for newborns.

I really like this seat as it feels really robust and is comfortable even for tiny babies despite it being an "up to 4 years" model. The colour is much nicer than it appears on the site too, it looks a real top of the range model. The only downside is, that while it is fairly easy to install, it is rather bulky and heavy so can be a bit awkward if you have to move it between cars.

We bought this as a spare seat for grandparents. As my son is still on 7 months we are using it as a rear facing seat. It is not really very good as a rear facing seat as there is very little room to get your child in and out. It is also tricky to install in the car as a rear facing seat. I hope it wil be better when we use it front facing. Watch this space
