This car seat was bought as a second car seat for use at the Grandparents. Although more basic than our Britax seat, it does the job at half the price - just what we were looking for.

You would not want this as your main car seat as the quality is not up to much but it's fine to take on trips abroad as it's quite lightweight and possibly comparable to something you might get from a car hire company for about the same cost.

We bought this as a spare for the Grandparent's car. It conforms to the relevant safety standards and aside from the padding is not much different to the maxi cosi my son has.

Although the cover is a little 'plasticy' it works well, does the job and is great for the grandparent car wher is isn't getting everyday use.

This is the 2nd one of these we have bought, the first went in nanny's car and we were so impressed we bought another for daddy's car. We have a britax aswell and this is just as good, and a lot cheaper lol.

We bought this car seat for Grandma's car and it is excellent. Very very impressed with how sturdy the seat is. Not much padding but more than enough for the shorter journeys. Can't beat the price either. WOuld definitely recommend.

would only use as second seat for very short distances as padding is non existent and therefore uncomfortable. saying that you only get what you pay for!!!

The force required to adjust the restraining straps once my grandaughter is in place is almost too much for me. I am not particularly weak, being a fairly young grandmother.

Only used it the once so far, in an emergency. Took about 5 minutes to first install. My 2 year old loved the sporty look.

I purchased this carseat for my parents to use when they mind my daughter so there was no need for me to buy a ?100+ one as it was going to be used occasionally.
This carseat is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it. The reclining clip is a little stiff but besides that it is ideal.
It also fitted very quickly and easy into their car, which is a saloon.

Excellent seat for grandma's car. Easy to set up with clear instructions. Very lightweight. Comfortable removable head support for smaller children/babies. Can't beat it for the money. Very pleased with it.

Fabulous value, quite a basic seat but ideal as a second seat that gets occasional use (bought for grandparents to use) can't really be knocked for the price!

Easy to install and good second car seat but not to be used for long trips as not much padding on the seat so a little uncomfortable. Great value for money.

I got this seat for our second car and it is perfect as it will only be used occasionally for short journeys. Not much padding so wouldn't recommend it as your main car seat but for the price it makes a great spare.

As a grandparent I wanted a car seat for when I looked after my grandson without spending too much money. This is a great product easy to install and very comfortable. We even found that the seat reclined which we didn't expect.

We wanted a 2nd car seat for my partner and/or the Grandparents to use ocassionally and wanted something safe and secure but that didnt cost a fortune and this totally fits the bill. It is very similar to our Maxicosi car seat and with the same features, i.e recline, easy fitting etc however it is slightly less robust, but for 1/2 the price it fits our needs perfectly.

DO NOT BUY THIS CAR SEAT. We bought 2 as reserve car seats. On the second use the buckle sheared off in my husband's hand whilst he was strapping our daughter in. There is no way it would have been able to withstand any sort of impact and we only thankful that our daughter is safe. I have urged Kiddicare to remove them from sale.

I thought it best that I had a car seat in my car for my grandaughter rather than keep installing her own each time I had her and thought this looked a good price and I am very pleased with it. Lilly seems to find it very comfortable and happily sits there watching the world go by!

Great little carseat on a budget. I had one before that was small and pokey but this one really does look like it would last upto 4 years. My son is 5 months and he fits in it perfectly and is comfy enough to sleep and sit contently so Im a happy customer. Bit tricky to set up properly but once done is easy to put your child in and out of. I would recommend this to anyone needing a carseat that does exactly what it says on the tin.

This is a great value seat if you are using it for a second car. It does not feel as well constructed or as high a quality as the one used in our main vehicle which is a Britax model. However for the relatively short length of time the kids travel in our second vehicle this is an excellent purchase.

Really disappointed in this product. Although it is very lightweight and did not fit securely in my car. I would not risk using it for my precious grandson. The cost of returning this item prohibits me from doing so therefore it will go to the local refuse tip!

We got this to use in our second car and it is fine for that. Our maxi cosi tobi is much more comfortable though this seat feels very hard and I wouldnt like to leave him it it for too long. But for the money and to use in a second car it is ok.

i have two 1 for my 9month old and 1 for my 2yr old they both seem to enjoy it but i had to add some extra padding under thr bums as felt a bit hard as not enough padding but overall a safe and easy to fit carseat have not used it in rear facing position but im sure a newborn would enjoy. definatly reccommend

Haven't used it much yet, but easy to install and comfortable for short journeys, which is all I need it for as a grandma. I guess it could do with more padding, but what can you expect for the price??

Bought this for my parents car as a second car seat, found it quite easy to install once i read the fitting instructions, only down side is that it could do with a little more padding, but otherwise an excellent buy for the price.

great price for this product and great colour but wouldnt recommend for a newborn as when rear facing the carseat doesnt tip enough and the head peace doesnt stay in place needs more head support my son didnt look comfortable at all probably better for 1 year on

My baby boy has recently outgrown his existing car seat and so I began looking for a new one. Prices range from ?80-130 on average and I was a bit shocked at just how expensive they were.

Then, remembering I had ordered from Kiddiecare previously and they have great prices, I went on the website and was absolutely shocked at the price of this car seat. What is even more shocking is the quality of it, that of a more expensive one that is for sure.

This is a great value for money car seat, and as a first time mum on a budget that is vital. I found it quite easy tto install into the car but it was difficult to adjust the straps to the correct length. The colours are great and it looks good. Sturdy and strong.

Got this for our second car or grandparents and my daughter loves it. High enough seating position to allow her to see out and about while giiving good side protection and support. the extra head support could be a little more rigid/padded for younger tots who haven't got as much neck strength but still good value

I bought this car seat for my son as he had outgrown his baby carrier 0-6 months seat.
I use it in my car which is a 5 door saloon so a decent sized family car.
I really like the colour of this seat and it matches my car too which is equally important, colour coordination can be underated!
I found it very straightforward to adjust the shoulder straps on the seat before puting it in my car and generally the whole thing was surprisingly lightweight. However you are not left wondering if it may actually be made of cheap materials as in my opinion it felt very sturdy and of very good quality.
This seat is very easy to fit in the back seat of my car as a forward facing seat, (it can also be rear facing for newborns but I have not had it this way).
My son looks very comfortable in this seat and whilst he is definitely snug and secure there is still plenty of room for him to grow. I also like the recline feature which is also very easy to operate.
The only drawback I can think of is that it might be a little bulky if used in a smaller car. I have this in my car on the back seat and also a separate booster seat for my daughter and it is a tight squeeze if anyone sits in between them!
Overall I would definitely recommend this car seat. It is excellent value, stylish and very easy to use.
