phil&teds continually innovates to solve key parenting challenges with all-round brilliance. The pioneering Auto Stop 'hands free' braking system prevents navigator unexpectedly rolling away when parents' hands are off the handle bar. It's designed to engage and brake automatically - it's really that easy.

At only 59cm wide the navigator is streamlined to manoeuvre through narrow entrances and busy cafes. Child comfort is paramount so the navigator offers an increased seat back height (allowing for an extra year of height growth) and longer newborn bed space than ever before.

Navigator adapts from single to double with over 26 riding options and the inline double kit adapts to become a parent facing seat, allowing parents to bond with their child as they stroll. It's also travel system compatible with the capacity to take two Group 0+ car seats.

It's engineered with unrivalled 'kerb pop' for ultra-light handling to 'pop' up kerbs and steps like they're not even there. Those 12" air filled tyres smooth out bumps and allow parents to effortlessly glide to their destination.

We bought this for our first child hoping that its versatility and robustness will accommodate two children in due course possibly together. Off-road/on-road it handles well and with the option of adding a second seat and a Maxi Cosi car seat with adaptors we should be ok! We 're going to buy the optional double rain over so even if we even need to accommodate just the one child, bags and shopping will be kept dry in the low-slung basket underneath. It is reasonably heavy though and will take up the floor pan of most small car boots.

Great Product & Excellent Service

Its a shame you cant use the snug carrycot & 2nd second seat or even the face 2 face me seat with seat like they say you can on the phil&teds web site . It also says that you can use the the pushchair in 26 different ways , you cant do that if you live in the uk ! The auto stop is something to get use to , the older two children keep mucking around with it . the basket seem small so to storage any thing with the 2nd seat on you will have to use the sides of the pushchair which will make it wider .( you can buy bags for this ) i have bought because i am going to have a new baby & 17 months old & in don't have use of a car in the week , we walk & use public transport . i hope we made the right choice as was thinking of little nipper 360 as that felt so much light to push but no could tell me if i would be able to get public transport with it . kiddicare definitely on price & there delivery was brilliant , they were really helpful too.

I can't review the new cherry Navigator v2 as I haven't used it yet but I thought that I'd draw your attention to the fact that the description for all of these pushchairs over the internet describes 26 riding modes. As I found out directly from Phil and Ted's customer services this is not actually the case. If like me you were particularly interested by the riding more that allows the toddler to ride up front with the newborn in the rear in a car seat please be aware that this configuration is not available on UK models and won't be for some months. This is not made clear on any websites, especially prior to purchasing. Hopefully the adaption can be made with the simple addition of brackets which can be purchased later when this configuration is rolled out in the UK, rather than a completely different chassis which would not make sense for the company at all. So the advertising is strong enough to sell it to you, but it is also misleading. I am awaiting a phone call from customer services to confirm whether this can be rectified by the addition of brackets as if the chassis has to be upgraded, companies such as Kiddicare would certainly benefit by knowing this detail and can add a clear disclaimer.

Worth mentioning...
