Voted Gold in the Best 3-wheeler category 2013 by Practical Parenting & Pregnancy, phil&teds compact inline double stroller is ultra compact to fit seamlessly into the smallest car boot and glide through narrow doorways. So compact, but with no compromise on a huge seat for your growing baby! Super slim with nifty 10" wheels, at just 59cm narrow, dot is easy to manoeuvre through tight spaces. With a one hand double kit seat recline (sold separately), the back seat rider can rest easy.

Dot has an innovative one hand fast fold so you can quickly fold the buggy in one smooth action, pop it in the car and get going. The simple pull & slide release is safely out of baby's reach, yet still convenient for you. The main seat reclines for a comfortable ride to a lie-flat position (best for newborns, and still brilliant when they're 4!) Dots ventilated seat performance system is contoured to provide increased super-comfy postural support while the tail free harness ensures there are no 'dangling', loose strap ends.

I bought this to use with my three month old and two year old. Phil and teds seem to be one of few brands to make double prams that the baby goes in bottom seat with toddler on top. Most seem to be the other way around. Both children are very comfy and it's really easy to get around with this. Kiddicare delivery was very quick and convenient. It is slightly harder to collapse and get in boot of car than my uppa baby vista, but given I'm using this with doubles kit it's not really surprising. Overall very pleased we bought it!

Great with doubles kit.

One of the best buggies on the market.

Very happy purchase

This is the best double I have come across for city living. I live in a flat with two small lifts (smaller than an average size door) rather than one big lift and because this is the thinest double on the market it was perfect :) Only phil and teds would fit in the lift all others were far to big and there was no way i was walking up four floors with a new born, a 1 year old and a double buggy! Its very easy to put together. All the parts just pop in, nothing complicated (a monkey could do it) Its very easy to push around, not too heavy. Easy to get on and off buses and up and down curbs, I've not found it tipping, which happens with some 3 wheelers. Although its compact, its has a lot of space where you need it, seats and shopping basket. The size has been shaved off in all the right places. This will now be my buggy for life :) very happy with my purchase :)

Extremely Happy Mummy :)

Living in London, I spent weeks agonising about how I was going to shuttle a 2-yr-old and our newborn around. We take the bus, train and tube on a regular basis, and carrying the newborn in a sling just wasn't practical when chasing after an active toddler. I was drawn to the Dot bevause it is so compact - it is actually smaller than our Cosatto single buggy! Initially I was put off by the high price, but after borrowing an older-generation Phil and Teds E3 for a week (a heavy, clunky tank of a buggy), I realised that the Dot would make a big difference to my everyday life and was probably worth it. It is. The Dot is compact, lightweight, and can be turned with just one hand - even with two children onboard. It easily fits on buses and takes the space of a single buggy, and though I haven't tried it yet, I'm pretty sure it would get on an escalator with ease. It is clearly well-made, looks great, and my newborn lies flat and sleeps soundly in a cocoon under the top seat. My only criticism is that the top seat in newborn and toddler mode is quite small for a toddler, and the straps only just fit (our daughter just turned two). I don't think this will be a big problem, as the top seat of the doubles kit will become the baby's seat as soon as he's big enough to sit up, and our toddler will sit in the larger main seat, but parents of older or larger toddlers may want to try one of these buggies out before committing to buy one.
