There's an 18 month gap between my children. The week my daughter was born, my 18 month old son rode in the front and the newborn baby rode in the back as specified. It seemed a tight squeeze and effort in my opinion to put him in the front and I don't consider him a large child at all for his age. He rode in it okay but it was quite tight. I was put off from this first experience I guess and just associated the pushchair with stress and hassle for a few months. The straps aren't that easy either, having to piece two bits together then click (you'll see what I mean). More recently (now my daughter is past 6 months) I tried it out again with HER in the front. Now the back seat is for my older son, he has ample room. So basically there is a space/size difference between the two chairs in my opinion. Now they both ride happily. So just consider in the early days of a newborn riding in the backseat, the older child might not love the front seat so much but it's much better once the older one is in the back
Starting off hating it now love it!
Such a great pram, the one handed folding is amazing. Stabds upright when folded. Whats tricky us weight from larger child is at the front and you really feel the strain of this when pushing up a hill as this combined with the weight of the chair makes it hard work. I dont believe the chair needed to be as long as it is. Its certainly room for the chair at the back but the length can make this hard to manoeuvre around tight spaces (I am often banging in to things as yiu can not really view the front wheels when pushing. The shopping basket is amazing-really roomy. The only downside to the vasket is to get bulky items in you have to fold up back chair and if baby is sleeping this can dusturb them so a side zip access point to the basket would be really handy. I had purchased a top and bottom dual system but my son hated it. It was so uncomfortable for his and unpleasant as the child is often in quite a reclined position with a restricted view which is not nice for a toddler. Folded this graco is still quite big so best teat out in your bootspace. It will probably fit but its doubtful you will get anything else in there-we cabt and we have a Landriver 4x4. Tgis is way better than a side by sude for tight spaces. Overall I LOVE this pram and would definitely recommend it.
It's the best pushchair I've had I wish I bought this when my second child was first born as the rear seat is suitable for a newborn..
I wanted this for my newborn and toddler and its perfect. Had to take sun shade off toddler part to get in my boot but that's fine. It's lighter than I expected and easy to push. I'm really chuffed and price is excellent!! Well worth it!
I would recommend this product
I started of with a side by side buggy for our twins and found that it woz very hard to get on with in many ways, when I brought this tandam I instantly loved it, its so easy to use a lot lighter, very easy to push and a lot easier to get thru doors and get about also I love the way it stands on its own when its folded,it has I big shoppin basket which is really gd too our boys seem to really like it too.we woz really impressed with the delivery they were bang on time on the dot and kiddy care beat the prices of all the other shops I would highy recommend them and their products :)
i would recommed this buggy i love it
